Dr. Novero has been a resident of Las Vegas since 2004 and has been practicing neurology since 1999 after completing his residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he also served as chief resident in neurology. He also served as a major in the United States Air Force and head of the Department of Neurology at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada from 2004 to 2008. He then worked at the Neurology Center of Nevada prior to opening his own practice in the northwest part of Las Vegas in November 2010.
Dr Novero is board certified in neurology. His sub-specialty interests in neurology include peripheral nerve disorders, electrodiagnostic studies, electromyography and multiple sclerosis. His major research article as a co-author was published in the American Academy of Neurology Journal in 2000, entitled "Short-Term Prognosis in
Early Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis.
Dr. Novero's personal interests include running, the outdoors and sports. He also happens to be a Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
